Why Massage?
I believe fully in a holistic, integrated approach to life. I had years of experience training others and myself and during this time I realised that balance is required to achieve the best results. I see people daily with inefficient movement patterns and I'm well aware of the impact that will have on them throughout their life. Personally, massage has been the most effective treatment I have found to improve my movement overall - whether that be in the gym or running after my dog!
My main purpose is to help people move more freely and to be unrestricted in their day-to-day life by imbalances caused by poor posture and areas of tension.
I assess my clients from the ground up and work closely with physiotherapists, personal trainers, and chiropractors to make sure that my clients are treated in the best possible way.
